Some people believe that if/when I set up a rhino anti-poaching unit I will have access to HUGE amounts of money.
This caused problems, they care not about the rhino, just want to get their hands on the money. I think this is what happened to LAPS. Leeway Anti Poaching Unit
Vincent Stewart whom I “met” on a page in facebook saw what I was trying to do . He offered to set up a Section 21 Company for us. I graciously accept his offer as I am no paper pusher. He started feeding me information on how it was progressing and I passed this along in good faith.
Then Vincent got caught in a lie. He was telling people that he was paying me R2000.00 a month. The people that I stay with are also on the facebook pages and saw this. Once called on the lie a lot of other lies came out. Then the man began slandering me shamelessly! Eish!
He then withdrew from LAPS. Just there is no LAPS, he lied when he said the Company was registered. In fact he has lied about everything, the equipment, the paperwork, the contracts.
There is another man that has assured me he has the weapons and the paperwork necessary for us to transport and carry said weapons. He is always “just too” busy to talk to me. All things considered , I am wary to believe anything right now. All I do know is: I have the CV of a lot of good men, and I am willing to carry on trying.
I am devastated that such a fine concept had to end this way. The only apology I would like to make is to the people that thought we would get work, and to the people that have given me so much support. The apology is for been such a dumb, naïve F-ing idiot. So I disassociate myself from both LAPS and Vincent Stewart. Any queries about them can be addressed to:

From Vincent Stewart.You apparently have no idea how sec 21 Funding works.Before you post a blog statement make sure that you have the correct facts,otherwise you will find yourself on the wrong side of a civil case,which i have taken on advisement with mt advocate.Secondly you were the one with the contact for the kit which did not eventualise. You will cease to mention my name in any of your posting or a civil suit will be brought against you. Thirdly as per my e mail you were advised to apply for the registration as i wanted nothing further to do with LAPS and to reapply foR the funding as i did not see my way clear to carry the financial burden if the funds were missappropriated. I trust this will be the last i hear from you or we can take this matter to court.

You are quite right I do not know how a Section 21 works, that is why I accepted your offer. A civil case? Have you heard of a word, slander?
