How LAPS will stop the Rhino Poaching

Extremely Important!!!

Please read this link after finishing this one.

The Raise and Fall of LAPS

Proposal for Utilization of APU

As supposedly set up by Vincent Stewart.

Member Leeway Anti–Poaching Syndicate

1.       Based upon our preliminary evaluation of information obtained regarding criminal activities against various game ranches and national parks we propose as follow:

a.       The deployment of  Intelligence Teams in the different areas in South Africa to investigate criminal activities against Game Lodges and parks

b.      The teams be appointed for an initial period of three months to establish itself in the area and obtain an intelligence picture,

c.       After the initial three month period the contract can be re-evaluated for a long term appointment based on intelligence  gathered and counter measures proposed,

d.      We will require access to all areas, i.e. Accommodation, Personnel Identification   cards for members of the teams to do the necessary surveying.  This is so that the Intel teams can access any areas in the parks or game lodges.

e.      We will analyse the information obtained on a daily basis and provide regular feedback on a weekly basis.

f.        We will provide advice on the best course of action to diffuse the potential risks, and do a post evaluation on the effectiveness of these methods, as well as compare the Intel picture to what manifests on the ground,

g.       We require a confidential liaison with which we can communicate the information and coordinate counter measures.

2.       The monthly cost for the Intel teams will be dependent on area located and number of teams deployed.

3.       Please take cognizance of our ability to assist you with Intel and securing linear construction projects if you require.

4.       I have access to lots of information gathering tools like cell phone contacts and records as well as checking of vehicles, criminal records and addresses. I have picked up knowledge on how to identify certain individuals in a criminal syndicate. I also know how the structure works and is put together. To finish the picture you need to identify one element in the structure and according to his behaviour can place him accurately in his position from there you use the other tools at your disposal to finish the picture completely. The beauty of this is that it breaks down from top level in smaller cells that then break up into smaller cells. Much of the ANC’s insurgency operations worked in this way and are still utilized.

5.       We will be an intelligence led proactive force with reactive capabilities. We will also be able to conduct investigations and vet staff members of lodges and game parks.

6.       We are at present doing application for our Non Profit Organization Registration but can be operational within 72 hours of instruction to mobilize.

7.       We have already sourced uniforms and weapons needed for our operation and have all the weapons licensed and competency certification for the use of these weapons

8.       Another point of interest: within the next 3 months we will be able to implant a chip into the rhino which will give us heartbeat< stress levels<audio function and satellite tracking> this info is however at present classified and cannot give too much info until patent has been granted.

9.       We are highly trained operators in all methods of bush craft, tracking, counter insurgency and specialists in most of the weaponry on the market today. In our ranks we have officers, NCO’s and in listed troops from 1 Recon, 44 Parachute Battalion, SAS, 31 and 32 Battalion, most of us have seen active service in Afghanistan and Iraq and all have been in Angola and various other African states

10.   The benefit to your organization is 2 fold, Firstly your wildlife will be under constant surveillance, your customers will have the best protection that money can buy for a fraction of the price, your assets such as buildings and transport will be under constant protection and all your staff will be vetted to make sure that the leak is not taking place from inside your organization. Secondly, with an elite task force at your disposal the occurance of poachers is likely to drop significantly and if you are a lodge or game farm you can use us as a security stop, to assure your clients that their safety has been well taken care of.

For further information or a quotation please do not hesitate to contact us.

I trust this gives you an overview of our capabilities and be assured that on our watch the minimal of damage will be done to our client.
